Roasted Cauliflower

Itโ€™s definitely not hard to eat healthy when Roasted Cauliflower is on the menu. It has a nutty, moreish flavour and for calorie counters, itโ€™s pretty much guilt free.

Instructions
  1. Break the cauliflower into florets and cut the larger florets into thick slices.
  2. Place the cauliflower into a mixing bowl, drizzle with the olive oil, sprinkle with the salt (optional) and gently toss.
  3. Spread onto a baking tray. Bake at 180ยฐ (a little less for fan forced) for around 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through when tested with a skewer.
  4. Hint. To achieve an even colouring, turn the cauliflower pieces over halfway through the cooking
