Habanero Simple Syrup
Bring the water to the boil in a small pot.
Turn the heat down and gradually add the sugar stirring until dissolved.
When the sugar has dissolved add the quartered habanero chilies and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, strain the syrup into jar and refrigerate when cool.
