I use Praise

Siracha sauce
I use up to 1 tsp of Siracha Sauce
Instructions
Mix the Siracha into the mayonnaise starting with half a teaspoon. Do a taste test and add more Siracha gradually for extra colour and spice.
Refrigerate until required.
